The Shimmering Soiree Dresses

I believe Vallisara and Aeronwen like their new dresses. They really appreciate the effort that went into bringing them to Morrowind.

Something I noticed about them is that they are not so overly formal that they would be a dress that's rarely worn. I can see them wearing those on festival days when the towns are decorated.

That's pretty much what it was like in the olden days. Most folks, even relatively well off ones, had only one or two dress up clothes for festivals.
