After reading through the Craftbits User's Guide I'm really impressed with everything the player is able to do. Along with the usual crafting projects (creating weapons, armor, clothes, jewelry and furniture, the player can also set up and keep beehives, make wine, plant crops as well as building and setting up fences.
There is an area just west of Weye where I like to have my characters camp. I am almost tempting to place an empty or nearly empty cottage there, a couple of shelters for livestock and a workshop, a smaller cottage nearby that could be used as a guest house, add some crafting tools and components to the workshop and then just go to town crafting. It would be a long slow project, but it could be fun to see the farm grow and take shape as the game progresses. Along with making some furniture for in the cottage(s), the characters would start by building and setting up fences for the livestock paddock, an area for a garden, and a spot for the bee hives.
Just another idea that's peculating in my head.
