All Seated For Dinner

While the family was at the Aleswell Cottage I could never get them to sit down at the dinner table together for meals. Someone always went and sat somewhere else. At Millstone I can get these nice family dinner screenshots.





I should however note the fact that originally in the Millstone mod the chair that is closest to the kitchen fireplace was a static, and therefore unusable. After discovering this I edited the mod, replacing the static chair with a usable one. But that doesn't change the fact that although the Aleswell dinner table had four usable chairs, I could never ever get everyone to sit down together at mealtime. Aeronwen found that more than a little annoying. ;)

Make it simple. If they don't sit, they don't eat :)

I love the little "dirty dishes" feature that Korana added. When I cook, for example, beef stew and then place servings in their inventories, they eat the food and then dirty versions of the bowls are suddenly placed in my inventory. Same with drinks. If I give them a container of buttermilk or some other beverage, I get a dirty pitcher back.

Now if only Aeronwen could get at least one of them to do the dishes. ;)
